This needs to include cyber security, robotic and biological development to included America and the world's food supply and America's power grid. This would paid for by federal and private as would the development. This way the private sector has skin in the game and is not relying on federal money. School Safety should be the priority on our agenda including detectors, safety devices, safety drills and teacher training . |
